Nicola was wonderful. She gave us honest feedback on what we needed to do to sell our home. She helped us make the changes necessary. We signed up with her in June 2024 after having our home on the market for 2 years prior with another agent. We made all the enhancements recommended and we put it back on the market by December. And, by the end of February, we had an offer. We are so thrilled and relieved. We are very grateful to Nicola for her help and expertise.
