Jeff is great to work with! So easy going, laid back, and overall makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. We met him at an open house last August. Robert Ludgate was highly professional and knowledgeable of both the Naples FL market generally and the property purchased in particular. Sara and I can't say enough about what fantastic service we got from John Robert- he went above and beyond for us. One doesn't find this superior level of excellence in the Real Estate field or any field for that matter very often. He not only took all the time we wanted and needed to find a place. He helped us make a thoughtful and appropriate offer. He is extremely professional and well versed in the real estate market and knowledgeable about what is available in the Florida area that we were looking in and in our price range. When our offer was accepted - he then became our greatest advocate to get all the things done and done correctly that we wanted to have completed before the closing.
