We were referred to Gary Jarda almost 10 years ago at the beginning of our search for a warm weather retreat in Florida. Over the course of time and with discussions with Gary Jarda, and then Becky Jarda suggested we consider shifting our focus from high-rise condo to coach home living in Southwest Florida. Becky showed us multiple locations in Southwest Florida for several years and very patiently and skillfully showed us the advantages and disadvantages of each location. Over the course of several years we identified a community that suited our needs. We appreciate Becky’s attention to our needs and skillfully guided us through the negotiation and closing process and we are currently satisfied in our new home in Southwest Florida. We can't say enough about Alice and what a fantastic job she did selling our home. Of all the times we've dealt with real estate brokers in the past, none come close to Alice. She is professional, courteous, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. She said she would sell our home and she did. She worked hard and got it done. We really enjoyed working with Jill and her team. They were so friendly right from the start. We were in town for a couple of months with a fair amount of guests so at times our schedule to look at houses was limited. Jill and Lexi were very flexible and worked hard to fit everything in around our timeframe. We didn’t find the perfect house while we were in Naples but by the time we left, they knew exactly what we were looking for. When we were least expecting it, our perfect house came on the market. Jill was quick to act and within a couple of days, we made an offer and it was accepted. It was such a pleasure working with Jill, Lexi and Barb. We would highly recommend their services.
