Lenore was always available and went above and beyond on the sale of our home. She was very resourceful at every step of the sale. She always kept us posted and advised us on how to make reasonable improvements around the house without over spending. Lenore kept a good and positive attitude whenever any pitfalls arose. When we realized that we did not have the hurricane shutters that we thought had, Lenore went out and purchased shutters herself! Who else does that?! She is terrific.
