Robert did a great job for us. We were selling Mom and Dad's condo, that they had moved out of, and with me and my sibbling scattered about the country he was instrumental in helping to coordinate accesses to the property for a variety of reasons. Overall we were pleased with his service and would recommend.

Sandy expertly guided me through the sale of my home in Cape Coral after a recent hurricane and softening real estate market. As an out-of-town owner I needed her assistance recommending contractors for repairs and property cleanup and she made sure the home was in marketable condition. Sandy also went out of her way to meet my insurance adjuster and to verify all repairs were properly completed. Sandy is a wonderful person and an excellent real estate broker.
