Barb handled both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home in Naples. She went beyond our expectations in terms of her diligence and follow through in keeping us up to date on the activity related to the sale of our home. When the buyer was found she followed through on all the details and made sure all necessary approvals and documents were received. On the purchase she was equally diligent in all the details necessary to get to closing and in guiding in us in pricing based upon current market conditions.
