There are not enough stars to rate Gayle. The minute I happened into your office and met her 2 years ago, I knew that if I ever moved to Naples, Gayle would be the BEST choice. So, this year when i was ready to purchase a home in Naple, Gayle proved to be even more than I AND MY EX HUSBAND, who was helping to evaluate my options, expected. Gayle listens and makes herself knowledgeable about and sensitive to the needs of her clients. Whether the purchase is in the millions or far less, Gayle obviously makes it her genuine objective to make every buyer feel comfortable and their home purchase her priority. Gayle was so natural in her manner that she felt like a friend, someone who truly wanted me to find a real “home” that made me happy and met the budget, building specifications and community that my ex husband felt would be the best for my needs and be a happy place for me in “the long run” which was quite a “tall order.” But, with seeming ease, Gayle made our hopes and expectations happen! Gayle never made us feel pressured, and she even cared enough to ask questions about the homes and to inform us about FL building codes and regulations with which we were unfamiliar. After viewing each home, she was astute and flexible enough to ask our specific impressions of the home and then change the order of visits to the potential homes so as to maximize our time and see only those homes applicable to our preferences. Gayle took the time to communicate with us before we set up our trip to Naples and asked us detailed questions so that she could plan to show us homes that were specific to our responses. Her preparedness and sensitivity to our reactions as we actually began to tour homes resulted in a purchase in Winding Cypress, only our 2nd visit on the tour🤩Not only did I get a beautiful villa that met 99% of my expectations, but the community and price exceeded my hopes. Even my ex husband, who is very discerning, but was actually initially discomforted with using a realtor that I had met 2 years previously, was thoroughly impressed with Gayle’s pleasant manner and ability to put people at ease, but he was even more impressed with her keen knowledge of the Naples’ communities, her business acumen, her awareness of upcoming community growth and development, her flexibility and social awareness-encouraging a comfortable and honest relationship with people whom she didn’t just treat as clients or “potential sales.” Gayle earned our utmost respect and complete satisfaction and proved that John R. Woods is the realty to choose because they hire and are represented by the BEST! ( My ex husband has been a councilman in two different cities and was even asked by a group of politicians and businessmen to run, with their backing, for the Illinois House of Representatives (which he declined), so although he is quite personable, he is not easily impressed. However, Gayle earned his highest praise just I knew she would. She is a lovely person and a rare combination of someone who communicates well, is genuine and tactfully honest, quite knowledgeable and intent on being the best in her field, truly appreciates and has faith in John R. Woods as THE BEST, but also has customer happiness as a true priority. There are not enough words to express our satisfaction and joy in working with her!👍👏
