Bruce is wonderful realtor and a very genuinely nice person. At the start, we went to him with a list of things we were looking for and he listened to us and suggested the perfect development. He then helped us and gave us great advice during the search for the best lot and he assisted us in dealing with the developer and finalizing a contract for the lot. Finally, he helped monitor the construction of the house and with the closing on the house. In short, Bruce is a superb realtor and we highly recommend him.

We had Laurie earlier in the year showing us multiple properties. We came down to MI in August to look at other properties. We returned to Illinois and decided on a property. Laurie Kept us updated via phone calls and text throughout the buying process. She has followed up with us since our closing. Everything went very smoothly. We also truly enjoyed the welcome basket she gave us. It made us feel right at home. Thanks again for a all your assistance in this new adventure.

David wasn't the first realtor I've felt with over the years,but he is the best by a wide margin,he had the answer to every question.His knowledge is extensive.I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a realtor.He is the best!

Joe was amazing! He came into a bad situation where our former realtor let someone in our house and then left. He took over...moved forward...and got our house sold. He communicated with us the entire way and I really appreciated that! He is one of the best I've worked with! Thank you again Joe!
