Chris and Ana were exceptional. This is a very stressful, complex process, especially doing most of this from over 1,000 miles away. With all the new regulations, and for many of us who purchase one, maybe two, properties in our lifetime, they were extremely kind, patient, and available for our even most mundane, repetitive questions.
