Dean was awesome ! On top of being professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Naples , he was able to sell our condo for a great price that had previously been on the market for 6 months with no action. We had so much more interest in the condo when he took over ! Also Dean was able to find us a beautiful home in a neighborhood where homes rarely go on sale. One of the best things about Dean is that he IMMEDIATELY responded to every single question, text, email, or call. There is no waiting like my experience with other realtors. Also, being younger I never felt talked down to or like I didn’t know what I was doing while working with Dean. He let me ask as many questions as I wanted and had incredible patience with me to make sure I understood my options in every situation. I couldn’t recommend him more for all your real estate needs !

Before getting to know Susie we had contacted another real estate agent, unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable and she didn't understand what we needed; so I started searching on the internet for large real estate companies that could guarantee me an experienced real estate agent. I prayed so much to get to know an expert person, who knew the roads without using GPS (our previous agent didn't know the areas), who could offer me adequate options for the type of house we were looking for. Finally, our guardian angel arrived... SUSIE. Being able to talk about her I can say that she is a loving, nice, professional, precise person. As soon as I met her I thought to myself: "She is exactly the right person to guide us". In no time, Susie understood right away our preferences and needs, she found us a new construction at an excellent price right within our budget. Perhaps, it was the fastest sale for John R. Wood in history (feels like it) and all this was thanks to Susie's attention to detail and precision. Personally, it was my first experience buying real estate in a foreign country and to tell the truth, Susie really went above and beyond her job to show us all of our options and finally sell the right house. She provided us with very much needed contacts for services, utilities, etc. During our negotiation some things went wrong, because of our lender. And, the only person I trusted blindly in this whole process was Susie, so I didn't hesitate to contact her with our doubts or problems (even on rest days!). In a blink of an eye, she called California (home of the lender), she called DHI TITLE and, I felt more relaxed. To be honest, I had a lot of things going on at the same time and had been moving from BnB to BnB; Susie kindly offered her extra garage space, so we could store our belongings until the deal was closed. In her, we found not only the best real estate agent, we also found a friend with whom we can confide. We hope only the best for you Susie, and if in the future we think of selling / buying a house we will not hesitate to contact you. We only have the best image of John R. Wood, thanks to SUSIE who walked along us patiently until we finally got the house of our dreams.

Gayle was (is) awesome. Very responsive and knowledgeable . I don’t ever plan to move again.( I said that last time). But if we do we will certainly call Gayle again. She’s a pro!
