Absolutely "Excellent"! A 5 My wife and I live in Ohio and wanted a house in Ave Maria. We spent two days with Joe in August getting thoroughly educated on the Del Webb community and based on our experience made the decision that we wanted a home there. In late January a new listing appeared on Joe's site that looked promising. We contacted Joe same day. He knew the property well and gave us enough information that we decided to put in an offer. We called Joe back that same night (8:30pm). He stayed up with us until 11:00 completing the offer and sent it to the sellers. The next day the offer was accepted. All this happened in 24 hours house unseen. We would never consider doing this with an ordinary agent. We had 100% confidence in his guidance.

Judy was recommended to my husband Michael and I by a friend who had a pleasant real estate experience with Judy. Judy contacted me via the phone to discuss what we were looking for. We expressed that we just “looking”. There was never any pressure on behalf of Judy. We told her what we were looking for with many restrictions. Well, needless to say Judy went to work and found properties for us to view. We traveled to Naples and Judy met us with a portfolio of all the properties we were to see that day. The portfolio contained all the information of each property with pictures. Great organization! Judy’s communication skills are key. Throughout our conversations she really picked up on what we looking for. Long story short, we found the exact home we were seeking. All in one day, thanks to Judy! This is the second time we have used Michelle. She was our realtor when we purchased our first home 8 years ago. We are also using her to sell our existing home and for the purchase of our new home. In all of these instances, Michelle has done an outstanding job! She is full of energy and very open and honest regarding the process and every step along the way. Our home buying experience was very positive thanks to the expertise of Dean. He is knowledgeable, accessible and patient. What I appreciated the most, was his immediate response to my calls and questions. He was available to attend all scheduled inspections and gave good advice and suggestions.
