Jeanette Batten is a consummate professional. After visiting our condo for the first time she was able to offer suggestions of the best way to organize our belongings in order to present the unit to possible buyers during showings of the property. Jeanette was able to offer comparable sales of similar condos in our price range and location. This allowed us to get the condo priced correctly. Jeanette was able to advise us and negotiate for us during offers we received. In the end Jeanette located the perfect buyer and was able to sell the condo for close to our asking price. Excellent. Robin went out of her way to assist with staging my condo for sale (even using some of her personal furniture) and with getting costs from contractors for necessary repairs, and there were quite a few. She was very attentive, always getting back to me the same day. I would highly recommend Robin and would definitely use her again.
