Kimberly is an amazingly gifted agent with a sensitivity to what we were looking for and how to make the transaction work for both parties. After nearly two decades of owning property on Sanibel Island she helped us make a decision in a few days that we could not be happier over. She also worked long hours to be sure our complex financial transaction worked then monitored every detail daily by text, email and calls to meet our active travel schedules. Stacy assisted us in looking at multiple properties and even though it was a difficult negotiation process with the seller, Stacy maintained communications with all parties necessary to complete the purchase.
