RE: Amy Romero I recently sold my house in Ave Maria and it had been a difficult sale because of the market in that area. Amy Romero was with me all along the journey. I cannot recommend her enough. Ten stars! Amy was constantly in touch with me keeping me well informed. She did more than was required of her. She helped me find a lawn service when mine quit. She helped me stage. She checked on the house after the hurricane and informed me of a leak in the ceiling. She offered to meet roof repair people , lawn people, pool people! She was always checking with me about options. And wanted to know what I wanted. I sold my house for the price I had wanted. All thanks to Amy! She is fantastic and I just adore her. Joe is the best. He helped me in looking at resales, new builds and ultimately in finding a quick sale that was exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Out of my first time home buying experience, Josie was the best part!
