We had a great experience with Cindy Kruesi. Cindy discussed our criteria for a new home in Naples. She identified a number of communities which were excellent matches for our needs, one of which we selected. Perhaps more important, she didn't show us other communities, and whenever we asked about them, she was able to clearly and succinctly explain why they didn't meet the needs we had discussed. This demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the SW Florida market that was truly impressive. After starting the purchasing process, Cindy was there at every step of the way: advising us on design options and their potential impact on resale; visiting the new construction and sending progress pictures; attending various inspection steps and sending us notes; and finally guiding us through the closing process. Overall, her support made us confident and comfortable that we made the right decision.

Mary Jo did an outstanding job for us as the Buyers’ Agent. She provided excellent advice during the negotiation process which resulted in us getting a fair price for a condominium in “as is” condition. After the sales contract was concluded, she provided excellent service in the coordination of home inspections and arranging building access for building contractors.
