Cynthia Holt was great! I have worked with numerous Realtors and she is up there with the best of them. She is conscientious, was ALWAYS available to answer questions even in off hours. She genuinely cared about our needs, and or our concerns, and did not just go through the motions of caring. She is a go getter!! She is through and very detailed in all her follow up. If I had a Real Estate company, I would hire her! I certainly plan on using her again!! Good Real Estate people like Cynthia are hard to find!!!

Upon searching Zillow for what now became our new Florida home, I was fortunate to meet Cynthia Crawford-Holt. Cynthia is one in a million. Her kind and charming personality shows through in every conversation. She always presented every property thoroughly and took the time to answer any and every question I had. After interviewing several realtors, we decided to choose Cynthia to be our realtor. It was the best decision we have made. Cynthia has gone above and beyond for us to help us in a difficult situation she even recommended houses that would give her a lower commission just to make us happy. I will recommend her to all my friends and co workers. She helped us with many things that were not required for her to do. She was genuinely happy when we closed on our home.
