Highly recommend Jenny Beach and her team! From our first meeting Jenny was easy to work with. She listened to everything we had to say (relevant information or not), incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market, and ALWAYS a phone call or text away. Her responses were quick and helpful. We strategized a plan TOGETHER. "Letting go" of something that you love, like our house in Bonita Springs, is not always easy. Jenny made the process as comfortable and trouble-free as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about our agent, Jenny Beach. She was the first to respond to my inquiries about our home (I sent identical emails to several realtors), and upon our first meeting, we knew she was a perfect fit for us. It only got better from there. Her attention to detail and drive to ensure that we were comfortable through the entire process was invaluable. She went well beyond our expectations, even helping us days AFTER the closing! If we ever decide to move back to SWFL, she will be the first phone call we make!

Jenny and her team worked very hard to help us sell our property. They were able to do many open houses. They also were very familiar with the amenities provided by our building to help sell our unit. They all showed their support and worked hard to close

If you're looking for the best salesperson on the beach, you found her. I have been in sales my whole life, and once I met Jenny , I knew if anybody was going to get the job done, it was going to be her. Yes, she sold my condo just like I thought she would. Once you call her, and once you meet her in person, your search for a salesperson will be over. They'll never be anybody else you interview to sell your property that will measure up to her. Also, she doesn't forget about you once the sale is done. I live in another state, and she offered to take care of some things for me so I wouldn't have to make a return trip.
