We were introduced to Shawn by our daughter in law who had worked for him in earlier years. Shawn was very knowledgeable and easy to work with which made us feel comfortable while maneuvering thru the sales agreement terms. This had been our snowbird residence for the past 29 years, so a lot of emotions prevailed, which he handled very well. We are downsizing to a condo in the Lakewood Ranch area near Sarasota and received a gift certificate from Shawn to a well known restaurant in the area, so we promised him a full report .
