Jeff was exceptionally patient, helpful and did a good job of mediating problems that were the result of "nit-picking" from the buyer's lending bank while coordinating with the buyer and myself and our respective lawyers. He was always available if needed and even rescued me after I accidentally locked myself out of one of the apartments while doing some work inside.

This is our second home purchase with Kim. Kim Ellis is the most incredible realtor. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. Anytime that I needed her she was immediately available. I will always use Kim as our realtor. Her knowledge of the industry and the community is amazing. I wish we could give her 10 stars!!! Kim Ellis is the BEST!!!
