Judy and Dave were so helpful. We were still in Iowa and they made it easy to complete the Purchase Agreement long distance. They coordinated things with our lender and insurance agent. All of our questions were answered. Once we arrived in Naples, all we had to do was wire our down payment and sign the closing documents. We love our new condo.

Dean is an absolute pleasure to work with... if you want someone who will listen to you, fight for you, keep the pressure off - but help you understand your options, he is the guy. He is also extremely good at negotiating for his buyers and sellers... we used him for selling and for buying. I don’t know anyone who would help you as much as Dean.
