Five star rating to Tracy. She went above and beyond in staging our house to look as good as possible. She was always optimistic, calm and reassuring when we were panicking. I don't think I've ever had a realtor take as much care and interest in selling a property as Tracy did. I would highly recommend her as a agent and John R. Wood Properties is lucky to have her.

Joe is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with and I've sold 6 houses and by far OUTSTANDING agent. Not only do he care about people but he care about how to sell your house and what it takes to get it sold at the right market price.
