Heather Haynes was relentless in her effort to make this purchase a reality. There were many obstacles- the property was not adequately prepared to sell and the seller’s agent was either non-communicative or combative. Thank goodness Heather and the law offices of Bond, Schoenberg & King didn’t give up on it or me! Such a contrast to the sale of my 943 Fountain Run property.... which was smooth sailing in spite of the pandemic. Interestingly, in both transactions— all agents worked for J R Wood. When I get the issues of 550 Laguna Royale resolved (if ever) I will be writing a letter pinpointing the problems involved with this purchase and the negligence of your agent representing the seller. Fortunately, Heather’s tenacity carried us through this most unpleasant ordeal.
