Because I couldn't travel to Naples to work on it in person, the daunting process of emptying an apartment and making it presentable for selling via long distance seemed almost insurmountable. But working long distance with Beth was an amazing experience from start to finish. We were in constant contact via phone, text, email, and virtually. The preparations included arranging for saving and shipping, donating, and disposing of household goods as well scheduling cleaning and painting, in order to make sure the artment was in the best possible condition for potential buyers. She handled every aspect of the process with consummate professionalism. Her imaginative, expert staging put the icing on the cake. Other condo owners and a local merchant who met her extolled her virtues to me by telephone. I know this sale must have required more work than usual for Beth, and I'm eternally grateful for her kind, warm coordination. When it came to the sale, she carefully walked me through each step, also informing me of ancillary responsibilities I'd need to take care of. Any future client will be fortunate to work with her. Beth McNichols is a treasure.

Marie was very up front and honest with her feedback and told me to do the same. If I didn't like the property she was showing us at the time she allowed me to discuss with her the reasons why so she could eliminate any others that were similar. She is very familiar with Naples and knew exactly where we should look for what we were telling her about the neighborhoods we would like. After a few days of looking at some ok properties and some not ok properties she found one in the right neighborhood for us and with all the items on my wish list. I loved the house immediately and she took over for us regarding the offer we wanted to make and all the points we should know before making this big of a decision. Her expertise is invaluable for home buyers. I respect her knowledge of Naples and the properties she showed us.
