Linda Ann and her husband John were excellent, very energetic and creative. They were always available to talk to. Any house we wanted to see they arranged for our visit. Stacy has been very patient in showing us many properties as our interests in homes evolved. When we showed interest in newer properties, she took us to a construction company that was building the style we liked. Then she quickly found buildable lots of interest to us. She skillfully negotiated the contract for the purchase of our lot, obtaining the best possible price. She greatly assisted in the closing, including tracking down closing papers lost in transit.
