Robin is a great professional and very personable to work with. I could not be happier to have her as our realtor. She worked day and night, keeping us updated every step of the way. Even during the pandemic very diligent about following the guidelines for any clients coming through. All wore masks and she had hand sanitizer and wipes to wipe down all surfaces touches including door nods etc. You could not ask or find a better person to work with. A very creative sales person. My wife, Youngja and I were "lookers" not intending to buy for a year or so ... and she recognized how to get me to take action. We saw two apartments that would meet our future requirements at the Marbella, in Pelican Bay and we recognized that this was the building that we'd like to move into eventually In her follow up, knowing both sellers were very motivated, Shannon suggested making a bid at a lower than asking price that would, if accepted by the seller, make us willing to advance our move plans to this year ... and we were tempted We were quite surprised, and very pleased, when one of the sellers accepted our offer. We are very glad that we made the purchase.

Robin is by far the hardest working realtor I have ever met. It doesn’t matter what issues arise during a sale she is always there to take charge and make it happen. From day 1 when she provided us with such a well thought out and detailed market evaluation for our property, through the day of close, she was right there through the whole process. The pandemic hit just as we put our house on the market. That didn’t slow Robin down. She adjusted to every challenge along the way and still sold our property in the middle of a pandemic. Who does that? Robin does! Thanks again Robin for doing such a great job!
