Kimmy Keys was fantastic in every aspect of our experience with her. She was extremely diligent in helping us find the property that fit our needs and desires. Lynn Is 10 stars! I’ve done a lot of Real estate transactions in my time and would never use the same realtor twice because I was never satisfied with their performance. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the local real estate market and their level of professionalism. After discussing my unique needs with them I knew that day and told them that they would soon be doing business together. About a month later we put an offer on a home that had everything I was looking for and after some back and forth---the offer was accepted. Like most real estate transactions there were issues along the way and this mom & daughter team handled each one promptly and efficiently. I have bought many homes throughout my life and this was by far the best realtor experience I have had. I not only stumbled on a good realtor but I also made new friends. Terry worked extremely hard, efficiently, professionally, and effectively to get our deal done. She took care of all the details and ensured us that all the legalities were taken care of. She was hands on for all the inspections and communicated with us each step of the way during the purchase process. Terry really cared that we got what we wanted. There is no one else we trusted as much as her for this transaction.
