Jim was very knowledgeable about the southwest Florida housing market. He listed our home and it went under contract in a little over two months. Moving to Florida from Virginia was unexpected. My husband and I are 80 years old and although we visit every year, we had no idea where we would like to relocate. Dean had provided us with knowledge of Ft. Myers, and handled everything making sure this process was smooth, especially because we were doing this out of state. His communication and readiness at all times was a saving grace, and I don’t know what we would have done without him.
