I had the good fortune of meeting Paulina and Natalia at an open house while I was at the browsing stage. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the local real estate market and their level of professionalism. After discussing my unique needs with them I knew that day and told them that they would soon be doing business together. About a month later we put an offer on a home that had everything I was looking for and after some back and forth---the offer was accepted. Like most real estate transactions there were issues along the way and this mom & daughter team handled each one promptly and efficiently. I have bought many homes throughout my life and this was by far the best realtor experience I have had. I not only stumbled on a good realtor but I also made new friends. Mrs. Ramage was awesome, we came into contact under unfortunate circumstance and we couldn't have gotten the best outcome as possible with anyone else. She was very tentative with communications and easy to work with, would definitely recommend for anyone.
