We met Susan at an Open House eight months ago while looking for a place to rent, and are now happily moved into our new winter home! A couple months ago, I made a decision to sell my house. It was difficult because I had lived in my home for 17 years and loved it. With my husband passing in March and with the Coronavirus Pandemic, it was lonely and a bit scary. So, I decided to downsize and move closer to my sister. After meeting with two realtors who told me the best they could do is sell my house “AS IS” and list it at $425,000 knowing I’d most likely close for less. I was disappointed and discouraged as I felt my house was worth more. So, I spoke with my neighbor who highly recommended I meet with Nancy Bjork. She said Nancy helped her find a home and had nothing but praise for her. So, I contacted Nancy the next day. Within 24 hours, she came to my home and explained EVERYTHING she could do for me and said she felt confident that with a few minor repairs and changes, it would sell for a higher price. Within one month, she had my house listed and I received my first offer 11 days after listing at the expected sale price. I am still in amazement! Not only did she sell my house quickly, she was HIGHLY involved daily. I was selling a home in Naples, but reside out of state. Rex is the agent that you need working for you. Knowledgeable, professional, accessible and provided great service. Takes the time to listen and works hard to make sure all details are taken care of. Went above and beyond to make the sale happen and we received top dollar for the home. Would strongly recommend Rex if you are selling a home.
