I cannot begin to say how impressed I was by Joe's work with us. He was incredibly responsive and walked us through every phase of the process. He exceeded my expectations by a wide margin and managed to smooth over the inevitable speed bumps along the way. We cannot say enough about the way in which Joe handled the sale of our house. He has an excellent knowledge of real estate in this area. We believe that all his suggestions including price, time to place on the market led to our being able to sell in such a timely manner and at a good price. The sale and closing could not have gone smoother and we appreciate all his efforts on our behalf. If we are ever asked to recommend a real estate agent, we will definitely recommend Joe.

Tade has an unusual understanding of our real estate market. Couple that with patience and perseverance snd you have our experience with Tade, I hadn't thought about it, but there are several things that come up after an offer is made. She guided us through many such issues and steered us to an excellent law firm for the closing.
