Joe did a great job. He is hard working and does not take shortcuts. We have been attempting to sell our house for over a year with no luck. We had an accepted offer two days after he posted it to the John R Wood site. Joe has a network of individuals that he is connected with whom are waiting for just the right house. So I recommend Joe as a good bet for the purchase or sale of a house.
