Mike: Is very knowledgeable about Pelican Bay real estate. He was very helpful in preparing comps. Great attention to detail and excellent selling skills. He also did a fantastic customer service job in getting the buyer comfortable and helping me getting the condo ready for sale. I would strongly recommend Mike as a realtor.

Highly recommend the Christine Citrano- Jeannette Batten Team. Moving from out-of-state with a very tight timeline to find and close on an apartment. Christine and Jeannette were highly professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable of current real estate market in the Naples and Bonita Springs area. Extremely organized and exhausted all possible apartment options in the area. Found the ideal apartment and coordinated all aspects of process to ensure rapid close. Even rescued us with issue occurring post-close! Great team.

I cannot recommend Joe highly enough. When we bought our first house, our last agent (from John R. Wood) simply mailed it in - I did not receive any communication from the realtor and I was largely left to interact with the seller/builder myself. Our agent simply showed up at closing. Joe was a clear contrast. I cannot stress how exceptional Joe was throughout the process of buying our second home. Whether successfully negotiating for discounts on upgrades, taking copious pictures, or working through a construction hiccup, Joe was invaluable. He always made himself available and reached out periodically with updates on the house and to see if we had any questions. Joe is a model of what a real estate agent should be.
