We were looking to buy a house in Audubon Country Club. Wow, talk about concierge level service! Ellen made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She is an extraordinary project manager, always thinking ahead. She guided us each step of the way, anticipating and removing roadblocks. Ellen is incredibly proactive. Following the inspection, she volunteered to handle obtaining multiple quotes from vendors and she did so on deadline. Ellen is a wealth of information. She provided referrals and introductions, helping us secure a title agent and even introducing us to new neighbors. We have bought many houses over the years, but Ellen made buying this house a truly delightful experience.
