Sean Heenan is a truly a realtor extraordinaire ... professional, knowledgeable, ethical, patient, detail oriented, exceptionally well organized with good communication skills, and a pleasant, proactive, can-do attitude! A long distance move is complicated at best, but Sean helped me navigate the process of selling my home, downsizing, locating and purchasing a wonderful condo and dealing with out of state sellers without missing a beat while juggling offers, inspections, paperwork and closing details. He listened to my new home "wants & needs," was responsive, easy to reach and kept me updated every step of the way. He far exceeded my expectations! I have high expectations and am not easy to please, but would genuinely recommend Sean Heenan without any reservations and could not have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I met Julie at an open house, which we ended up writing up an offer to purchase! We closed in June :) That offer to purchase a new condo led to selling the condo we were currently in and we asked Julie to be our agent as we enjoyed working with her. We just closed today! Thank You, Julie!!! We couldn't have asked for a more attentive, knowledgeable and personable agent to work with, with both properties. No question! We had a few hiccups along the way, beyond ours or Julie's control and we were thankful we had an agent that was on top of it! I cannot recommend Jeannie Rivera enough! She recently managed the rental process for my property in Ave Maria, and she was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Jeannie handled every single detail with incredible care. She took care of the tenant screening, ensured the new tenants completed their association applications, and went completely above and beyond to secure the HOA approval. She also made sure all dues were fully paid prior to move-in so everything was handled correctly. Having her manage these details took a massive weight off my shoulders. We met Lenka completely by chance, and we are so happy we did! We honestly can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. From the beginning, Lenka was incredibly responsive and always made herself available to show us properties. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly the right home. What impressed us most were her negotiating skills. Lenka told us, “I’m not afraid to poke the bear and see what happens,” and sure enough, she did! We ended up paying less for the home than we expected. When does that happen?! We were so impressed with Lenka that we immediately asked her to list our property as well. She got it under contract in less than a week and for top dollar! Lenka is responsive, knowledgeable, confident, and an excellent negotiator. Jackie was amazing! She goes above and beyond for her clients. From our initial meeting right through the sale of our condo, Jackie worked hard for us. She did numerous open houses, helped us secure a painter and did some minor alterations to the condo herself. Jackie was easy to reach and always available for questions and guidance. She worked well with the tenants who lived in the condo, making the process comfortable for them. In a competitive market, Jackie was able to bring in the buyer we needed with a strong offer we were all happy with. Jackie‘s positive attitude and upbeat personality made for a pleasant working relationship. You can’t go wrong with Jackie!
