Linda Ann was amazing! She always had our best interests in mind. She was enthusiastic about helping us find our dream home. Her communication was excellent, making sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. She handled a difficult realtor on the other side of the transaction, keeping perspective and a cool head. John provided prompt technical support, conducting real time listing research and draft documents for our review. I have bought and sold several homes and this was the smoothest by far.

Our parents would often tell us, “Good things come to those who wait.” Well, after years of searching to find the perfect home for us in Fiddler’s Creek that adage has finally come true. And, Linda Ann Ventura played a huge part in making it happen! We first met Linda while looking for possible rentals on Marco Island. While none of those panned out, we did tell her that we were also interested in buying in Fiddler’s Creek. We have been for years. She took us to a few properties that she thought might be of interest to us. You really can’t go wrong in Fiddler’s but none of them were hitting the mark for us. But this was not wasted time because during these couple of outings, Linda was honing in on what kind of a home we wanted. She asked us questions. She asked us about our style of living. She asked us about our wish lists. But most importantly, she listened to what we told her. She got us. Next thing you know, Linda called us with a unit that she knew we would love. As soon as we walked in, we knew she was right! We saw the unit on a Sunday morning and by that night, it was ours!! Linda and her husband John, who is also her partner, worked tirelessly all afternoon and into the night to make our dream come true. Throughout the entire process, from contract to close, Linda and John were true professionals. They provided us with important recommendations for the professionals we would need to close, acted as a go-between for us and the sellers, made sure all of the paperwork we needed got to us, fielded any and all questions we had (and there were many), and was there to personally hand us the keys to our new home! We could not be happier with the service and care we received from Linda and John. We’ve already recommended them to several of our friends and relatives! Not only do we consider Linda and John our real estate agents, but we consider them our friends!

Having Samantha as our realtor was like a gift from God. She is the most profressional, meticulous and detail oriented person that I have ever met. I only wish that we had met her sooner. We will surely be life long friends in Naples.

Anita is one of the most knowledgable real estate professionals that we have ever dealt with. She excercises the same level of expertise and time with a $300,000 transaction as with a multi million dollar transaction. She is well organized and very intuitive. Very frank and logical in her interactions and negotiatons with other agents. She exhibits the highest level of ethics and integrity.
