"EXCELLENT SALES PERSON / 3RD EXPERIENCE" This is the 3rd time that I have used Joe Rivera-Ave Maria Office to handle a great sale of a property for me. Joe is simply a top professional with about 10 years of fabulous real estate experience around Ave Maria / Naples Fl. He is very easy to deal with and is a superior negotiator and know what it takes to work out a deal to make the Seller or Buyer happy. I have used Joe to represent BOTH parties and it has actually worked out extremely well. He simply knows what it takes to make both Parties happy. Joe is a top Agent when it comes to electronic methods to get property listed. He personally take a deep pride in taking 1st class pictures and videos of the home to get it listed with the best possible dazzling photos. Kimmy was available to help us right after we met on a phone call. She was referred to us by a good friend who had just recently purchased a property. We saw 20 properties over a 3 day period, all of which fit our criteria that we gave to Kimmy. Once we determined which property we wished to purchase Kimmy went to another level of action by working with the seller's agent to help us consummate the deal. Then she helped us by contacting the title company, legal people, gave us direction in terms of knowing the Florida rules, and more. It was a very fun, pleasant and exciting 4 days from start to purchase.
