We first met with Mari last November to discuss the sale of our home and where we would be interested in moving to. As there was nothing on the market, Mari sent letters of solicitation to the owners of several in several Park Shore condo buildings of interest to us. One owner responded which lead us to entering into a contract to purchase their home in March. In late March, Mari listed our condo on Vanderbilt beach at a price high than we expected. We had offers within two weeks and closed in early May. Because of logistical complication, the process was a bit nerve racking but Mari managed it an us to a successful conclusion. Mari’s the greatest and we recommend her to our friends!!

Marc and his partner Judy Kemble are outstanding! Patient, kind, experienced and well informed about the real estate market in all the Southwest Florida counties.
