We met Guy Brooks at an open house in March of 2020. He was extremely professional and helpful about the area that we were looking in. (Pelican Bay) We didn't purchase a property that year, but when we came back in February of 2021 we contacted him to help us find something in Naples. Guy was very responsive; it felt like he dropped everything he was doing when we contacted him and made time for us in his day/week. Alysia helped me find a rental condo so that I could l list and sell my condo. It was a very quick process in only 4 weeks from finding rental until successful closing at $16,000 over list price.
