Kevin Montore was fantastic to work with. We were introduced by friends who he had recently sold a property to and he was great. Re: 18037 Ohara Drive, Port Charlotte, Fl Before putting my vacant lot up for sale, I did some research on various real estate firms, and was not too impressed. I was then referred by a friend to try BJ Jones at Michael Saunders & Company. In our first meeting, he took the time to explain some of the history of Michael Saunders and presented me with a complete marketing strategy for the sale of my property. It gave me a complete understanding and overview of what the histories were on other sales and pending sales in the area. In addition, he took the time to explain about feasibility studies in Florida and what could transpire after it was completed. It left me with little or no questions later on in the completion of the sale. His patience and understanding with my lack of updated computer software at times also proved to me he was not lacking in any customer service. I am happy I listed my property with Michael Saunders and it was a pleasure working with BJ. I will definitely reach out to them when I decide to sell my home. Thank you, Ms. Wagoner
