I have never met a more dedicated real estate team than Kellie and Mark Edwards. I've known them for years as a go to source when I needed assistance as a landlord, but recently they assisted me with the purchase of my primary residence. I shouldn't say "recently" as their patience carried me through a 10 month search! They are true professionals and I've been overly impressed by their consistency in acting proactively, taking time to research and get into the weeds from everything from running down items on inspection reports to figuring out home a never heard of security/camera system operated. If you're search has found your way to them, STOP! You'll find no better.

I learned of Mark Hatfield through a friend who had recently moved to Florida and who was impressed by Mark as a realtor. Based on his recommendation I contacted Mark and began our home search in Southwest Florida, Mark worked tirelessly and diligently showing us a multitude of homes before we finally settled on our property in Ft Myers. Mark was always on time, did his homework on selection of showings that suited our individual needs, and above all, was always professional in both appearance and manner.
