We met Mary Yon at an open house and within four months she had closed three real estate transactions for us. She was instrumental in orchestrating a real estate trade allowing us to sell our property at a profit and move into the perfect home for our family. I had flown in from New York a few times for the sole purpose of looking for the property and did not want to waste time. Each time I came in Mary was well-organzied and prepared. She showed me units that only fit my criteria, not "just for the heck of it." Mary was always well-versed on the current properties on the market and well aware of their real-time value. My wife and I feel we were very lucky to have Mary as our Realtor.

Mary Yon has been very professional and responsive from signing the listing until the consummation of closing.
