Kelley and Mark were very professional and very friendly. They gave suggestions for making the house more sellable. When I had a problem with the washing machine leaking Kelly was right there with a suggestion of who to use. The repair man was terrific. Kelley and Mark handled all parts of the sale; listings, showings, and closing in a very convenient and easy way for me.

Kellie Brown worked very diligently to sell our home. It took six months to sell it, which seemed rather long, but we had a few offers which failed to materialize. Kellie was very patient throughout the process and always answered our questions. Mark Edwards was always available to deal with repairs or other issues with the house. Both Mark and Kellie were so helpful in dealing with Hurricane Irma issues. We were in Virginia and were anxious about what was happening with the house. Kellie always kept us informed regarding preparations for the storm and notified us as soon as she could about the storm aftermath. We are very satisfied with the service Kellie and Mark provided and would recommend them to friends.

Kellie and Mark got to understood us, learned our needs quickly and made great use our time with them. We felt like we they were on our team from day one. They did what we asked, gave great advice and let our relationship play out, ultimately translating into a sale. After the closing they continued to help with advice and referrals to vendors with whom they have relationships. Those vendors have been fantastic, a testament to how Kellie and Mark treat everyone.
