A very creative sales person. My wife, Youngja and I were "lookers" not intending to buy for a year or so ... and she recognized how to get me to take action. We saw two apartments that would meet our future requirements at the Marbella, in Pelican Bay and we recognized that this was the building that we'd like to move into eventually In her follow up, knowing both sellers were very motivated, Shannon suggested making a bid at a lower than asking price that would, if accepted by the seller, make us willing to advance our move plans to this year ... and we were tempted We were quite surprised, and very pleased, when one of the sellers accepted our offer. We are very glad that we made the purchase.

Shannon is the best realtor I've had the distinct pleasure of working with several times. She helped us sell our house quickly and got us a great price because she did her homework up front to understand the market, how to market our property and then helped guide us throughout the entire process.
