I could not ask for anything more than the service and expertise provided by Patrick-in addition to effort and superb attitude, I appreciated his open approach to listen and input appropriate data. Just as summer sales were slowing, someone was interested and Patrick did not let them go and made it happen - thanks Patrick! And while the house was under contract, Hurricane Irma headed toward our house. We were out of town, Patrick secured someone to put up the shutters - he saved our house!

Patrick was not only very knowledgeable but also resourceful. Our home was under contract during Hurricane Irma and he went out of his way to find me a contractor to put up my storm shutters since I didn't know how! I would not have been able to do it without Patrick's help!
