I think the experience I am about to describe to you in working with Kara to sell my home will stop you in your tracks; you will want to call her immediately. First, and most importantly, I wanted to interview at least 5 agents before deciding with whom to do business. I sent a list of 5 questions to all of the prospects and asked them to plan to answer those questions during our interview. I also asked them to present a marketing plan in writing, for how they would go about getting my house sold and closed within 90 days. Shockingly, even Realtors® from national firms have no clue how to present a marketing plan. Why would you choose someone with no plan to sell your #1 asset? On the contrary, Kara came prepared. She went through the house and gave me 5 straight, spot-on answers. She then pulled out a professional marketing plan that she would implement, with a plan to have the house sold in 30 days. Only because I didn't take her advice on the listing price of the house to begin with, and because the buyers were royal pita's, we had a contract on our home within 70 days. Throughout the negotiating process, Kara always rose to any challenge, always with my best interest at heart. She also effectively managed through some significant conflict along the way, always taking the high road, and again, with my best interests at heart. Kara is not just a real-estate agent; she is your fierce guardian angel.

I have bought and sold a number of homes in my life, but never have I had the most perfect experience with a realtor as I've had with Kara Heaslip of John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate. Kara is the ultimate professional - she knows her craft like no other! She was there for us from beginning to end. We were looking to purchase a home with a golf membership in Windstar on Naples Bay. She listened to what we wanted (as well as what we didn't) and, frankly, we didn't need to see more than a couple of places. Hi Kara (TOP OF THE POP) Just want to say thanks a million for your amazing work selling our house in Naples, we are seriously sad that we had to leave but you really made the move and selling much smoother and painless.
