Susan was a perfect as you would want a sales agent to be. She kept us constantly informed about the status of showings, the changes in the marketplace, and she also gave us help on staging the condo for sale. Communication is key and she was always there for us. During the contract process she helped explain the documents and gave good advice as to the different types of forms in use. If and when we sell our new unit (which she helped us buy) we will use Susan again as our agent.
