Due to the nature of operating procedures of the County, we did not require a huge amount of transactional assistance from the Realtors (rather more informational). However, Mari Vesci, Patrick Gendron, and the whole Vesci Team were very responsive to our questions and needs as relates to obtaining information and allowing necessary interaction with the foreign sellers on this transaction.
