Every expectation through out our home purchase was achieved. I had seen Dottie conduct other open houses in the Tavira building and was very pleased with the way she conducted herself. My husband and I were very impressed with her as manager of the Tavira building when we first moved their in 2012. She is a dedicated professional as a realtor and as the manager of the building. I am so very pleased that my unit sold so quickly and I attribute that to the fact that she held an open house every single Sunday while it was on the market. She went over and above during that time and everything went smoothly, even with the hurricane!!!!

Dottie was a pleasure to work with. She took time to understand what we were looking for to make our search efficient and understood what was needed to complete our purchase and then to work through closing. Dottie was outstanding to work with. She was so helpful along the way. We now consider her not only a neighbor but a friend. Every question or need we had, she and Bill were there for us and responded promptly and appropriately at all times. She is the utmost professional, but very down to earth. We love our new home and Dottie made it happen. She was an absolute joy to work with.
