I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by your broker Jim Mayer. …………what I was NOT happy with was John Wood Company tacking on a so called “Broker Processing Fee”. It may seem trivial but to me it just an example of excess. In over sixty real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, I have never heard of the fee you chose to add. Teresa Flack help us with sale of our condo in Countryside 10 years ago and also assisted with a purchase of a new home. It was complicated because we were in Europe at that time. When time came for us to sale in 2021 Teresa again was there to assist. She is a very good saleswomen, knows her job, can explain complicated process of sale and is very friendly an patient with customers which counts.
