I was amazed at how organized Kathy was and how she understood what we were looking for. We flew down twice and had to look at close to 40 houses and 35 of them were a consideration. She had it setup so we didn't waste time and ultimately found the place we have been wanting. She will be my agent for future purchases.

We had a wonderful experience working.with Bob as our realtor. He made sure that all problems which came up were handled promptly and efficiently and always went the extra mile. It was hard for us to leave our home and Bob helped us handle some small issues that had been overlooked by us. He also helped negotiate the sale, with several buyers bidding against each other. It was hectic, but would have been so much worse without him. We would definitely go with Bob in any future real estate dealings.
